How do I return an item?
GENERAL POLICY: We accept Returns for full purchase price refund on most items within 14 days of arrival date. If a product arrives damaged, missing parts, or is the wrong item, we will handle the cost of return shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping on all other items returned. Some of our products have their own product return policy--please see the individual product for specific return requirements.
